School management

Scholi's school hub runs a school from one system: admissions, enrolment, classes and teachers, attendance, timetables, messages between staff and parents, and report cards. A family is entered once and every part of the school reads the same record, so nothing is typed twice.

How the school management works

  1. Set up the school

Add your year groups, classes, subjects and staff. Import lists rather than typing them where you already have a file.

  2. Take in students

Applications arrive through a public form, move through your own pipeline, and become enrolled students without re-entry.

  3. Run the day

Attendance, the timetable, cover for absent teachers, and messages home all run off the same records.

  4. Report at the end of term

Marks from teachers' gradebooks feed report cards. Published reports are frozen so a later edit cannot change what a parent already received.

What you get

One family file

A parent, their children, and their contact details exist once. Admissions, attendance and messaging all read the same record.

Attendance with parent alerts

Mark a register in seconds and notify a parent about an absence, without sending the same alert twice.

Timetables and cover

Import a timetable, view it by class, teacher or room, and arrange cover when someone is out.

Report cards that freeze on publish

A published report card stores exactly what was sent, so the copy a parent has is the copy the school has.

Common questions

What does Scholi's school management system cover?

Admissions and enrolment, classes and courses, staff records, attendance, timetables and cover, messaging between staff and parents, gradebooks, and report cards. It is built for small and mid-sized schools rather than districts.

Can parents apply to the school online?

Yes. A public application form feeds an admissions pipeline the school controls. An accepted applicant becomes an enrolled student without anyone retyping the family's details.

Does it include a timetable?

Yes. Timetables can be imported and then viewed by class, by teacher, or by room, and downloaded as images or PDFs. Cover arrangements are handled in the same place.
